      In order to implement the relevant work deployment of the Party Central Committee and The State Council, in view of the adverse impact of floods on agricultural production, the Ministry of Finance has recently actively issued the central financial agricultural production disaster prevention and relief funds with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas.3.8 billion yuan to support disaster relief work related to agricultural production in Henan, Hunan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Shaanxi and other disaster-hit areas。We will give appropriate subsidies to flood-prevention and relief measures such as replanting crops, repairing agricultural facilities damaged by water, and draining canals and waterlogging. We will fully support disaster-affected areas in actively coping with the impact of floods and other disasters, and do a solid job in preventing and reducing agricultural losses to help lay a solid foundation for the autumn grain harvest。
