    At present, the Huang-Huai-hai area is in the peak season of summer sowing。In response to the adverse impact of the recent continuous high temperature and drought on agricultural production, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on the basis of the early warning information, on June 11, Hebei, Shanxi, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong, Henan, Shaanxi and other provinces launched a level-four emergency response for major agricultural natural disasters。The emergency response requires relevant provinces to strengthen drought scheduling, timely reflect the progress of drought and drought protection and sowing work, and organize expert groups and agricultural technicians to guide the implementation of drought resistance measures such as sowing soil moisture, pouring "head water" after sowing, water seeding, dry sowing, and so on, to ensure the smooth implementation of summer sowing。
