Super Typhoon "Capricorn", the 11th super typhoon this year, swept through Hainan province on September 6, causing serious disasters there。On September 19, the China Phosphate Fertilizer Industry Association issued an initiative to support Hainan Province to carry out self-rescue and mutual rescue and post-disaster recovery and reconstruction, help agricultural disaster reduction and recovery in disaster-stricken areas, ensure timely and adequate supply of fertilizer products, and protect agricultural production in Hainan。
The initiative emphasizes that, first, fertilizer enterprises should actively organize the supply of goods, increase product reserves, make up for the affected fertilizer production in the affected areas, strive to overcome logistics and transportation difficulties, give priority to ensuring the supply of fertilizer in the affected areas, and meet the needs of fertilizer for the restoration of agricultural production in the affected areas。The second is to ensure product quality。Strengthen product quality management, strictly control quality, unqualified products will not leave the factory;Optimize the product structure in time and organize the production of marketable products。The third is to strengthen industry self-discipline, maintain reasonable prices, and eliminate abnormal market fluctuations。The fourth is to actively extend a helping hand, demonstrate social responsibility with actions, share the difficulties with the people in the disaster-hit areas, provide various forms of help and services for the disaster-hit areas, and support the reconstruction of homes and agricultural production in the disaster-hit areas。
According to the reporter, the relevant agricultural chemical enterprises are making a modest contribution to the post-disaster reconstruction through various forms。For example, Hainan Hailun Yinong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. donated 10 tons of organic fertilizer to Fu orange growers in Chengmai County;Cnooc Chemical Co., Ltd. has implemented various defensive measures, organized efforts in disaster relief, ensured that Taiwan and flood prevention and rescue work were effectively carried out, and production operations were restored in an orderly manner。
At present, Hainan Province has strengthened the reserve of production materials, and the seeds stored can grow 400,000 mu of rice, 230,000 mu of corn, 300,000 mu of melons and vegetables, and 3,800 tons of pesticides and chemical fertilizer.20,000 tons, which can basically meet the needs of post-disaster production recovery。
